About the Ty Cobb Museum Advisory Board

       Jeff McCall is a native of Manchester, Tennessee. Jeff is a baseball coach, having coached every level from Little League to professional baseball. Jeff has been an associate MLB scout for thirty years and is currently in his 7th season with the Cleveland Indians. Jeff is also a special education teacher. 

       Jeff holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in History and Education from Piedmont College in Demorest, Georgia. Jeff is married to his wife, Leah, and is the father of four sons, and two daughters. He is also grandfather to one granddaughter and three grandsons. 

      Jeff is honored to serve on the advisory board for the Ty Cobb Museum and is excited to help the museum fulfill its purpose.

      Sharon Brown was born in Franklin County in 1944. She was married for over 50 years to Mr. Grady H. Brown of Hart County. Sharon has two children Robyn B. Moon and Mark K. Brown. She has 4 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Leah McCall joined the Ty Cobb Museum in November 2017. 
     Leah holds a Bachelor's Degree from Limestone College, and a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Concordia University.
